Cursa d L'alba - Exclusive 24 Km Trail Race

This is a sold out event!
We have 10 registrations available exclusively to customers of Sport No Limit Travel.

The cursa de l’Alba is a 24 Km trail race with accumulated altitude change of 2,200 meters. The first four kilometres of the race pass through the historical centre of Collbató on a section of paved road and stairways, from here, it heads into the Natural Park of Montserrat surrounded by the spectacular and unique massif. A gentle climb to kilometre 5 and then a tougher section to reach the Pla de Sant Miquel where it picks up a wide track to the Monastery of Montserrat. At this point your companions can arrive by car, funicular or cable car to cheer on the participants.

From here is one of the toughest sections of the race, climbing more than 1,200 steps combined with trails of incomparable beauty to the peak of San Jerónimo (highest point of the massif at 1,200 m). A descent over our 1.2km pass, will lead us to a gentle descent of about 3km until arriving again at the Pla de Sant Miquel, where we will face the last technical descent that will lead us to the finish line.

For most of the route, because the race of Alba passes through the Natural Park of Montserrat, you will enjoy spectacular and unbeatable views.
